Autism and ADHD

Autism, also known as Autism spectrum disorder, is a developmental disorder characterized by impairments in social interaction and communication skills along with rigid, repetitive behaviors. This is caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a brain disorder marked by persistent inattention, hyperactivity, and sometimes impulsive. Children with ADHD have difficulty making and keeping friends, and functioning at home or school. This condition affects the child’s social and emotional development.
